The recording for MBC’s special comeback broadcast for Girls’ Generation, “Romantic Fantasy”, is scheduled to take place on December 23, 2012 at 7 AM KST.

On December 21st, Girls’ Generation released “Dancing Queen”, a remake of Duffy’s “Mercy” and a track from their upcoming Korean album. Through the music video, SM Entertainment also revealed that Girls’ Generation will be making a comeback on New Year’s Day, January 1st, with their newest album, “I Got A Boy”.
Girls’ Generation’s official website has also been updated with an “I Got A Boy” theme, and two teaser photos of Hyoyeon for the “I Got A Boy” concept have now been released.

@ paulgo12, I honestly hope they aren’t. Seriously, Sunny’s my bias too… T^T I listen to them to get away from the American drama mixed into pop, and that was really upsetting to me personally.

Ok, this is gonna sound weird, but when I was watching the end I saw sunnys hat, I thought it said crackers.. so I paused it right on the scene at 4:14, and sunny’s hat says “welcome mother f*ckers” That cant be a mistake.. why would they do this… This is kinda like jessica’s necklace in the Into the new world video, but this is completely blatant, I really hope that they were unaware of that, sunny is my bias, I just really hope that hat was looked over and they diddnt purposely put it in here..

Wooooaw~! Soshi is finally coming back and based on the teaser at the end, it sure seems interesting. I spot a little bit of dubstep but knowing how SM works, it’s probably only for the teaser (remember the boys? lol)
Our dancing queen Hyoyeon is leading the way with this comeback and boy, I’m excited to see her in the spotlight. She fits this concept well and looks absolutely beautiful. I swear the only reason they put out the 2008 version of dancing queen is because of Hyoyeon’s time to shine.
I’m right now pushing away some of my worries about the difference in this comeback than the others, since it’s been awhile but hopefully my worries won’t be proven true. All of the girls look amazing; womanly and strong but still fresh.
I’m looking forward to this. SNSD HWAITING~!
