On December 22nd, Girls’ Generation held its “Märchen Fantasy” concert as part of “SMTOWN Week“. The setlist for the concert featured 25 songs and was made up of tracks from Girls’ Generation’s discography, Christmas carols, and cover solos and duets.

Finally, near the end of the concert, a preview of Girls’ Generation’s next concept for a comeback in 2014 was revealed.

for me, SOOYOUNG’s 24 hours is the bestttt!! omg i’m sooo lovin her performance, i think she shines the most in this performance, her sexiness, legs, dance moves, hairflips, and everything just kills me!
she pulls out the dance wonderfully! kudos to her cos i heard she just practicing 2 times~

This was a wonderfully refreshing way to see our girls! This makes greatly anticipate their comeback! I hope this concert was an indicator for things to come because I was wonderfully surprised by their performances. A full HD concert would be nice, but I’m simply enjoying the fact that they are cranking up the sexy maturity up a notch. This should be a new era for SNSD and us SONEs have a lot to expect. SNSD hwaiting <3
I hope we can get the full concert in HD, at least they make a DVD special for GG Marchen Fantasy :)
this concert is just as entertaining like all their other concerts, only difference was the Christmas feel to it. girls been doing sexy in their concerts since 2011 when they held their 1st Japan Tour (an unforgettable successful tour). this concert only got a little bit more sexier and bolder which i think it’s the direction they’re heading for for their new mature concept. they’re at the age now where it’s okay for them to go this route, as long as it’s not over the top raunchy. be mature and sexy and still be elegant ladies and of course kkab chodings when the mood sink in. XD
our girls are awesome peeps and i’m jealous of all those fortunate Sones that was able to attend. i’m also happy for y’all going and enjoying yourselves and cheering on the girls. too bad it seems there won’t be a dvd/blu-ray for this, this sure would’ve been a nice treat to collect.

You know what SM, you messed up. You could have live streamed this concert and made all of our Christmas seasons amazing, but no. You didn’t live stream, you probably didn’t record it, and made some of your fans a little upset with you. Do I still love you guys, yes. Will I continue to support you guys, yes. Do I still wish you would live stream SMweek, causing your fans to love you a million times more, yes.

Of all the concerts I’ve seen videos of, this one is probably the one I would have loved to attend the most. Christmas is such an amazing time of year when everyone feels warm and cuddly and friendly and bright and to top of that greatness with my one and only soshi would be like a dream come true! Still, I am so glad to have watched at least some of it and to feel at least a taste of the power of the pink ocean
It’s the best SNSD concert that I’d ever seen so far…the solo performance was great and really surprising for all SONEs watched last night especially Tiffany & Yuri, Sooyoung, Sunny, and of course Jessica even Tiffany made joke that she was Miss Korea too…every SONE got Santa hat and the teaser was the big present for us last night…The most unforgettable moment was when these 9 angels rose their hand only one meter away from where I sat (when they rode moving stage around the audiences)…all are so so so so beautiful in person. I was really satisfied
Actually NOT really surpring when you see that all the special stage songs have been done before except “Ma Boy” (which really suited Tiffany and Yuri, especially Yuri being the Bora of GG haha :P). . Oh, and “Love Melody”, “Miss Korea” (arrogant Jessica of course it suits you well!), “Bloom” (really suited Sunny too, she is the Gain of GG? lol) were new too, “24 Hours” (Sooyoung… it was too sexy! >_<) and "When You Wish Upon A Star" had been covered hundreds of times on Korean TV so… And "Over the Rainbow". Done before. "My Grown-Up Christmas List". Done before. "Kiss Me". Done before. "Santa Baby". Done more than once. "All I Want for Christmas Is You". Done. Yeah, you see my point… ^^;
Yeah I mean Sooyoung, Sunny, Tiffany & Yuri, and Jessica performances are so surprising…even I heard many people said “Don’t do that” of course that’s just kidding but yeah they are so sexy in their own way

Well, i guess it was a “sexy concept”? Most of the special stages were like some of the sexiest Kpop songs to perform… For Christmas time I feel it is a bit odd actually… ^^;
