After an accident involving Jessica at the Hong Kong International Airport on November 10th, SM Entertainment released a statement reassuring fans that Jessica was not seriously hurt. According to SM Entertainment, Jessica went to the hospital after returning to South Korea, where it was found that she had only a bruise. Jessica is currently resting at home.

There have incidents with security guards in the past, even from a few years ago there are some videos that show security acting pretty brutal towards fans. The just shove and muscle people out of the way, it would never happen in some other countries because they would be charged with assault and everyone involved (guards, SM, GG, airport) would be sued. In Asia though it seems to be ok to forcefully shove people around until they fall.
I hope she recovers quickly and gets over this incident.

Glad she is okay :) But what’s with people getting mad about the security guard mistaking Jessica for a fan? They should be mad about the security guard’s rash action. You mean it’s okay if a fan was to be pushed like Jessica and be hit in the head? What if that were you? (Sorry had to rant there…)

Hope that security guard was fired. I don’t really see how he would be able to mistake her for a fan. His action was wrong regardless, but still. I’m glad she is doing fine tho. I felt really bad for her all day. Still feel bad but much better to know she is okay. Glad SM released a statement about it, I was getting the feeling they wouldn’t. Not bcuz it was taking a while, just didn’t.
It bothered me watching a video of the incident and seeing all of the fans crowding around. Why can’t Sones give the girls some space and just let them be normal human beings while traveling or just whenever. We dont have to be so in their faces all the time. I really felt bad for Jessica to be going through something like that and having no one give her any privacy. I know it’s not just Sones who do that, but they were the ones there doing it this time. Really, people, just let them have their space and privacy, if you love them you’d respect that much at least.

What happened exactly? Like how did it get started and how did she get hurt? I heard like a number of people blaming the cop or the sasaeng fans.
imagine if this happened to a fan, ugh this security guard needs to be more careful. fans can get more hurt, honestly i would sue the crap out of him.

While I’m glad she was bit seriously injured its crazy that they can’t even depend on their own security to keep them unharmed. I know…he was just doing his job and it was a serious mistake and I’m sure he feels terrible but…that shouldn’t have happened so hard that she was knocked senseless….as I saw someone else say..even if she was a fan…why did he push so hard?
