The “2013 MelOn Music Awards” has began online voting for its annual awards show which will take place on November 14th at 7:00 PM KST. The event is hosted by LOEN Entertainment and MBC Plus Media, music companies that run MelOn.
The first voting cycle, which will pick the top 10 out of 30, is open until October 28th. Girls’ Generation is currently in the sixth spot. Following that, a second voting cycle will take place October 29th to November 13th. An account on MelOn is required to be able to vote. However, voting is limited to South Korean residents. The live event on November 14th will be broadcasted on LOEN Entertainment’s YouTube channel, MelOn, and Daum.
