Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun are featured in SM Entertainment’s latest promotional video for its 2012 “Youth Star” auditions. In the video, Taeyeon can be seen speaking in Korean, Seohyun speaks in Japanese, and Tiffany speaks in English.

An application for Yakult’s LOOK, featuring Girls’ Generation, has been released. The application contains a diet planner and calorie counter in addition to exclusive picture galleries of the girls and sleep alarms. The LOOK application can be downloaded here.
Yuri Featured in New Photo for “Share Your Umbrella” Campaign
Yuri was featured along with other celebrities, including actress Shim Mina and actor Yoo Ah-in, in a new photo for AMOREPACIFIC’s campaign calling on consumers in Korea to share an umbrella for a chance to win an autographed umbrella from a celebrity. SMTOWN Artists Pose in Group Photo After Radio Broadcast
Several SMTOWN artists, including Seohyun, Super Junior’s Ryeowook, SHINee’s Key, and f(x)’s Luna, took a group photo after recording a radio broadcast for SBS Radio with Gong Hyungjin, the DJ for the program. During the radio, Seohyun spoke about her casting by SM Entertainment, being inspired by BoA, and mentioned that she has been recently been receiving acting lessons.

Rankings for the first half of the year for OSTs were recently released, and Taeyeon’s “Missing You Like Crazy” for the “King 2 Hearts” soundtrack placed third on the charts. The song also placed first on “Music Bank” OST charts for eight straight weeks.

Super Junior members Leeteuk, Eunhyuk and Ryeowook, who were present at Seohyun’s birthday party, tweeted photos and stories from the fun celebration. Others who attended the party included Sunny, Sooyoung, Yoona, f(x)’s Amber, 2AM’s Jinwoon, Super Junior’s Kyuhyun, and TVXQ’s Changmin. Girls’ Generation’s Mobile Fansite Shares Photos of Girls’ Generation, Hyoyeon, and Sooyoung
Girls’ Generation’s Japanese mobile fansite recently uploaded a photo of all the members of Girls’ Generation posing together after their performance of “PAPARAZZI” on “Music Station”. They revealed that though they were nervous about performing their fourth single for the first time, they also had fun. The mobile fansite also uploaded photos and messages from Hyoyeon and Sooyoung. A question and answer session with Taeyeon, Jessica, Sunny, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, and Yoona was recently revealed on the Japanese mobile fansite. Taeyeon was asked about where she wanted to go when she received her driver’s license, and Jessica was similarly asked about where she wanted to travel in Europe. Sunny mentioned her favorite fruit while Tiffany revealed her favorite foods from Japan and Korea. Finally, Hyoyeon spoke about what makes her smile, and Yoona was asked about her greatest treasure. During the June 30th episode of “Music Core”, Taeyeon took a selca with fans and posted it along with a short message on Girls’ Generation’s official website. In the photo, Taeyeon can be seen smiling in front of the fans who came to watch the recording. The translated message she left was: “Our SONE I met at Music Core~<3. What concept should we use to take a picture with next week?^^ nyahihi. It was nice meeting you all! [The] best!”

Davichi’s Kang Minkyung recently tweeted about throwing an opening pitch at a baseball game and mentioned Jessica’s infamous opening pitch earlier this year. Her tweet read, “I came to pitch.. I’m going to have to throw better than Sica unnie hehe.”

Also -the SONE moment was epic. I really liked the new take on Twinkle especially since the song really does lend itself to a great jazz melody! I would love to hear that as an official thing!

i can’t help but go back to when that pitch was
thrown. being an american sone, we realize how
precious the moments are when we can turn on
out tvs and see our beloved girls. it has only ever
happened a couple times. regardless of the means
by which they get to surprise us within the context
of out regular day, we cherish each time this happens.
this moment, however insignificant in the scheme of
snsd, will forever be dear to my heart. there she was,
out of the blue, jessica jung on my tv screen, making
me smile. :-)
I know Seohyun recently has been taking up acting lessons. oh please don’t let her act in a romance genre. I don’t want to see her in a kiss scene. Like what yuri, jessica and yoona has been doing. :(((
