On September 18th, the members of Girls’ Generation attended a release event in Japan for the new line of jeans from Samantha Thavasa, a Japanese fashion brand. This is the first brand of jeans ever released by Samantha Thavasa, and the fashion brand is collaborating with Girls’ Generation for an advertisement campaign, using the new “GALAXY SUPERNOVA” single and music video. Girls’ Generation attended the release event dressed in the Samantha Thavasa jeans worn in the “GALAXY SUPERNOVA” music video and posed for photos.
Afterwards, the group gave a “Secret Live” performance of “GALAXY SUPERNOVA” and “Gee” to 200 hundred lucky fans to promote the release of “GALAXY SUPERNOVA”. Another release event for “GALAXY SUPERNOVA” will take place later today in Osaka.

Check out photos and press clips of the Samantha Thavasa release event and the “Secret Live” performance below.
