No Eul, member of girl group Rainbow, recently tweeted a photo of herself with Taeyeon, commenting:
For the first time in really long while, I met my hometown friend, senior, and colleague, Taeng^^. After dreaming the same dream with friends when we were little, and making that dream come true like this, the way we’re living like this, working hard is really amazing. We kept talking about our past, reminiscing, and I felt again how fun life is~^^ㅎ We wanted to try taking a picture under the street lights along the dark Han River roadㅋㅋ There are shadows here and there…ㅋ Let’s order a small patbingsoo next time.. it was too much!ㅠㅠ
Both Taeyeon and No Eul grew up in the same hometown, Jeonju, a fact that Taeyeon mentioned previously in 2009 on Chin Chin Radio when she took the time to congratulate No Eul on Rainbow’s debut.

AHAHA very nice
Oh cute of them!
uh so cuteeeee <3
Great
so nice to see 2 friends that grew up together are now living out their dreams in the entertainment world. lovely of them both staying in contact with each other, finding the time to hang out and catch up on things. so cute! lol i guess they both couldn’t handle a large patbingsoo. btw what is that? is it like a cookie with ice cream cover all over it? sigh still not close to learning Korean food. >.<
thanks SSF :)
It’s mostly shaved ice with various fruits and/or bean pastes. In one episode of Hello Baby the girls make a few different kinds. I think a few of them put the equivalent of corn flakes on top too.
@Endowhin thanks for info. really appreciate it. :)
btw putting corn flakes on top of shave ice is sick. eww what with all that sagging flakes. yuck!
@1281llc don’t judge till you try. I thought that at first, but now, if i get patbingsoo (the korean kind….as opposed to eating other kinds of asian shaved ice) I miss the corn flakes.
Patbingsoo! Great for a warm weather treat!
How sweet.
