Girls’ Generation has just released the short version of an official music video for “Beep Beep”, the second track from the “FLOWER POWER” single. The music video features a bright pink background with cute visual effects to match the catchy, upbeat track and adorable choreography.
A preview for “Beep Beep” was first shown last night during Girls’ Generation’s arena tour concert at the Saitama Super Arena, where fans attending were treated to a fifteen-second introduction of the music video. Taeyeon also later posted a photo on her Instagram account with the caption, “Tomorrow!! Tomorrow!! Beep>ㅅ<“. Girls’ Generation’s arena tour in Japan continues tonight with another performance in Saitama.

SNSD JANG~
I really liked this music video, but I was a surprised with the sudden ending. I really want to see the full version. =)
I wish Soshified would put up this video as the featured video on the portal homepage. The birthday for Soshified is past awhile ago now and the video is getting old. Put up a new one like this one or something!
@shalom : I loved what you said. It was very informative .Something I did not know about Japan. Several of the other Japanese videos are available by the girls, so it makes me wonder why this one is coming to us differently.
ALL PINK!!Fany unnie must be sooo happy ^_^
SNSD so cute!!!!! This MV is really great!!! They’re always the 9 cute little girls deep in my heart no matter how old they’re!!!
OMFG I thought to my self as I began to hyperventilate while reading the title of this article
I hope there will be a HD version of the full video. I’m not keen on the idea that this video will only have a DVD release.
I would really like it if they gave us a Blu-ray option as well as the DVD option. I would have bought all their recent Japanese limited editions if they had come with Blu-ray instead of DVDs.
All those colours… pink!!! :D awesome short mv :P can’t wait till the full version comes out :D this song is just perfect for a sone searching for a good ringtone <3
Oh gosh, its been so long since i last watch anything SNSD reated, or even heard their music.
This clip is too much awesome for me handle, Too much Aegyo, Way too much Beauty for me to handle right now. must ease back into it.
(^o^)
Love it! Tiffany unnie must love this, it is full of pink! I want a full ver soon!
Troll i thought it’s released in full version -.-
But i have already liked the short one, can’t wait for the full version!!!
SM, don’t troll SONEs again and again LOL
Stop bashing on SM…the video was released by Universal Music Japan
Its not SM doing
Japan never seem to releas full MV’s on the internet for some odd reason its always the fans who upload the full MV’s later on so we wil have to w8 for them
Lol everyone is jumping down your throat. You’re fine. It is odd though how kpop fangirls are always bashing on some record label or website for “trolling” them. I always wonder if they’re that hypercritical about everything American companies do or if it’s that Korean thing where Koreans always bash each other super hard for the most little things…
Anyways, as StrifeRaider says, the Japanese record industry is peculiar. Like a lot things in Japanese culture they have their own specific way of doing things. And like a lot of things post 1990s they’re kind of stuck in the past. It’s odd because the country went from early adopters to late adopters in terms of technology. A lot of it has to do with the economy of course but culturally as well the past 10-15 years.
The reason why they don’t generally release videos on youtube is that physical DVD sales are a bigger part of the market than anywhere else in the world, and more profitable than anywhere else in the world. Koreans like Americans don’t really buy DVDs or CDs but download singles. In terms of youtube, Japanese labels don’t like to “give away” the videos online. That’s why for example it’s very difficult to find even a Japanese Kara video online before it’s taken down. They just do it differently because the revenue model and the culture is different in Japan.
Of course this is one of the big factors why Kpop was able to take over, since Japanese pop music is literally not as accessible. You can argue it’s also not musically accessible since Kpop mashes everything together, while Japanese music and culture is insular and you almost need to study to get into it.
Loved the short version. Cant wait for the full version. By the way, when will it be released?
