On January 10th, Girls’ Generation won first place on Mnet’s “M! Countdown”, marking Girls’ Generation’s first win on a weekly music show with “I Got A Boy”.

As always, the members of Girls’ Generation delivered an exciting and powerful performance of “I Got A Boy”, this time dressed in the green outfits seen above, and the audience attending the show responded with loud cheers and fanchants.

At the end of the show, Girls’ Generation received the “M! Countdown” trophy for winning first place with a score of 10,000 points, the highest score ever for the current point system on “M! Countdown”. Jessica, Sooyoung, and Seohyun took the chance to thank the staff members of SM Entertainment, as well as the parents of the members of Girls’ Generation’s and SONEs, for all their support.

Girls’ Generation will be continuing promotions for “I Got A Boy” tomorrow on KBS’s “Music Bank”, where the members will perform “유리아이 (Lost in Love)” and “I Got A Boy”.
