Girls’ Generation’s subunit “Girls’ Generation-TTS” will release their first mini-album “Twinkle” in the near future.
The first incarnation of Girls’ Generation’s new subunit project, Girls’ Generation-TTS is comprised of the amazing vocals of Taeyeon, Tiffany, and Seohyun. “Twinkle” is expected to be released on May 2nd, and listeners can look forward to the rich music and attractive vocals that will be featured.
SM Entertainment officially announced the creation of this new subunit on April 19th. They said in a statement, “Girls’ Generation’s subunit will feature the various talents of each Girls’ Generation member by changing the members of the unit according to the music and concept of each new subunit album and generic drugs. This subunit will aim to grab the attention of fans with all aspects of music, performance, and fashion styles.”

even though the album concept is weird, I’m just waiting on what style of music they are aiming..
I have a hunch that this may not be the only sub unit of SNSD..
Although I’m a bit sad that they will not perform as nine, I’m also excited with the new concept and the other concepts as well.
I’m also hoping that the Royal Family will be having their own subunit too….keke

OMGG! Dream comes true! The Kim family release an album together. What can be better than that?!? I can’t wait until the release of the album. However, I don’t really like the concept, hopefully the new songs won’t go with something related to this concept. Wish for “twinkle” to becomes a new hit!

How can this be an end? It’s a SUBUNIT, not just a plain new group. It’s nothing permanent. I don’t understand all this negativity. Doesn’t everyone want the girls to each have their shining moment without having to crowd around 8 other girls to get it? No one said this was the end of the power of 9. No one said that their work together will be on pause or over until subunit phase is over or anything. What’s with all the dislike toward the idea? I think it’s awesome, a great new experience. They do OST’s alone or duets, etc, so why can’t they take a moment and do subunits as well? Can anyone give me a good reason as to why it would be such a bad thing??? I honestly can’t see the problem with it. I wish them all the luck with this new adventure.
