Tiffany Voted #1 Idol Most Likely to be Good at Speaking English

Netizens recently voted Tiffany as the #1 idol most likely to be good at speaking English. The poll, which received 548 total votes, ended with Tiffany on top with 31.4% of the vote. Despite the fact that she won the poll, many were confused at the final results. One netizen was quoted as saying, “I don’t understand why people think Tiffany is so good at English. I mean, she was only born in the United States and only lived there for years before moving to Korea. It would make more sense if it was about her speaking American well, but not English.”

SONEs expressed surprise at the results, and many wondered why other Girls’ Generation members did not win the poll. A number of SONEs stated that Taeyeon should have ended up with the top spot on the poll. They cited several examples of Taeyeon’s perfect use of English, such as on Hello Baby when she boldly announced, “I got it! Okay!”

When Girls’ Generation members were asked about the poll, they confirmed Taeyeon’s superior command of the English language over Tiffany. When Taeyeon was asked to show off her English skills, she reluctantly agreed and said a few impressively clear sentences, but she soon had to cut herself off as she was laughing in embarrassment.

In related news, Sunny was recently ranked #1 in a poll for the idol who is most likely to have a stage name that begins with the letter “S” and rhymes with the word “money”.

(Author’s note: ……….. I still can’t believe somebody actually bothered to publish a news story about how Fany was #1 on a poll of which idols are good at English.)
