Prior to the opening of the 2011 Asia Song Festival in Daegu on October 11th, Seohyun and Donghae of Super Junior attended the UNICEF envoy appointment ceremony.
Seohyun is especially proud of her new role, saying, “I think of it as such an honor, being appointed as a UNICEF envoy. I feel we were appointed to represent Hallyu singers, and will follow this duty of promoting UNICEF.”
Following the completion of the ceremony, Seohyun and Donghae donated dolls that they had personally decorated under the names “Lee Donghae” and “Seohyun”.
As we reported last week, Seohyun and Donghae recorded the theme song, “Dreams Come True”, for the 2011 Asia Song Festival, and it was released today coinciding with the UNICEF ceremony. The song has an upbeat melody and is sure to encourage people who listen to it.

I love this song! It is upbeat and happy and Seo’s voice is so smooth and light and pure. In SNSD she’s really taking some lower parts so it’s nice to hear her with such a light voice
Listening to this song gives me like a happy Christmas(y) feeling, it’s weird because there isn’t any kind of bells and jingles in the song. Maybe because Christmas coming in a few months and that’s my favorite time of the year. Anyway I hope it will be available for itunes. Seohyun is so proud of her position, I’m very happy for her. All this charity and becoming Ambassadors and now UNICEF envoy is wonderful, it would be so cool if Soshi meet up with Angelina Jolie. ahhhhhh okay my mind is crazy now! um yeah so um good luck Seohyun and I can’t wait to see you and your 8 unnies on music shows, taking over everything.
