ahhh, can't believe a year has passed by
i still remember when this site started, it seems like that this site has opened up for a longer time than just a year
the amount the of time the admins, soshisubers, mods and other members put into what soshified is what it is right now
and how international this site is shows how much everyone around the world loves snsd, also how soshi's popularity is growing to the far reaches of every continent in the world
this has been one amazing year for snsd and soshified

Happy birthday and congrats!!! I can't tell you how much I admire all you and everyone's elses hard work to bring us up to date news and videos. My life would definitely not be as happy as it is with Soshified. I hope the site keeps growing and we get even more international exposure. Thanks so much!!!!! I hope next year will be just as momentus.

Omg...its been almost 7 months since I joined this forum....and to tell you the truth..I still didn't explore much of the
forum...but this one thing that always brings me here..is how wonderful the fans of our 9 girls is , so many good stuffs about snsd, and how international this forum is... I've been only active in korean fansites..although I live in US lol...Anywayz....It's just great how our girls recognizes soshified, and fans gathering up united as one family

~My most favorite forums (it even beat Soompi for me XD). I've been saying this thing for nth times and I won't get tired to say it for another 900 times... I am inlove with Soshified. Seriously, this forum made me envy the girls, they have more than 10,000 fans worldwide willing to support and give them love until the end of time. This is the first time that I saw such beautiful fans cooperate to have a successful projects done. And the subbing team, it's the best subbing team. I'm glad the founder, Miss Soy, thought of this idea. And never give up even if she encountered hard times making the forum.
Forgive me if I became inactive for weeks (after I posted in the Subbing thingy thingy) and I got scared to one of the members of the subbing team or was that a moderator? anyway. And whenever I come here, I always want to join the Ipod Touch contest but I won't be receiving my album until Feb. 10. T__T It makes me sad whenever I come here... so...that.

I would also like to thank the whole entire Soshified staff from the beginning of Soshified, our newcomers, and also our alumnis. Also i would like-- Ugh, you know what? I would like to thank the ENTIRE members at Soshified, without you guys, Soshified will never be active and possible.

Although I have never been an active member, it warms my heart to see how much this forum have grown. I registered way back in Feb/Mar 2008, I was here when this forum was just starting. I even remember waiting for the forum to open since I was so excited to have a new SNSD spazzbase. Looking back, Soshified's community was so small that time. Seeing how much achievements it made the past year makes me proud as a member.

I was one of those people who were on the other side of the world from Korea and thus oblivious to the fact that 9-girl group SNSD exist. But as I got into K-pop I ran across a performance of Into the New World. The vocals and the strong choreography made me appreciates SNSD's talent. But having nine members and the fact that most videos of SNSD that time were not subbed in Youtube finding information about the girls was hard. That I sorta moved on and started looking into other K-pop groups...That's until I stumble upon SSF...
SSF is like my gateway drug into this SNSD addiction I have now. SSF turned my curiosity into a full blown fanaticism...I think I practically stalks SSF now for SNSD news. SSF has became my online home.
And I thank Soy for being a genius and coming up with the idea of opening SSF. The admins,super mods, mods, and SSF police for keeping SSF into a friendly environment. The Graphic designers and Tech Admins for the wonderful graphics and lay outs, awesome gallery and video sections. And lastly the Video uploaders and Soshi subbers for letting us non-speaking Koreans have the opportunity to watch a high quality SNSD video.
I just really want to take this as an opportunity to thank each and everyone that's in this Forum. And most of all SNSD for sharing with us their talent, passion and dedication!

well, not until I come here did I know that today is the day when Soshified celebrated its first birthday .Since I'm a new member here , I can say that I still do not know much about our girls and this forum as well, but I really want to get to know it more and more in the days .I'm really grateful for the chance of being a member in this forum and throughout the time I've been here, I can say you guys are really friendly . we both have one love for SNSD and I believe it's the only thing that get us on the same path even when we're from different country , different languages .. I cannot find any other ways to bridge us together as fast like this when we're talking about SNSD ..

I remember back then in Soompi, there was this Soompi-er who often wrote realllyyy long posts on how she feels about SNSD. I remember telling myself, "wow, this is one big fan of SNSD".
Soon there were talks of creating a site called soshi-rolls or something like that. I actually thought the name was a major fail and figured they're never gonna go ahead with it. Then suddenly, there was a promotion of a new site called Soshified by that same Soompi-er who wrote long posts about SNSD.
I held myself back from joining the forum even when I was one of the first few to witness the first promotion of Soshified. I never liked joining forums cos I thought most forums are boring and are always dead anyway. This new Soshified site wasn't going to be any different I figured.
But one day, I couldn't fight back the urge anymore. I needed subbed videos. I needed them to fill my hunger for my ever growing love for SNSD.
And ever since then, I have not turned back and will never turn back. Soshified was something different. Soshified was something new. It was (gasp!) organized! Being the OCD person that I was (and still am) who loves organisation, I immediately fell in love with Soshified. It was never too difficult to find information. It was never difficult to find something you're looking for.
The great people who runs the forum. Them who have worked hard to maintain it. You guys are really amazing.
Soy, you're dedication to this site is more than amazing. And when I found out your age, I was even more amazed at how you were able to command such an incredible support team to run this site. Without you, there wouldn't be Soshified. Without you, the SNSD fandom wouldn't have spread like wildfire to the international audience. Thank you. Thank you for everything.
Also, I have to give credits to Wenfany 'cause I remember saying how proud I was to have a fellow Singaporean who is one of the important people of this site. It made me feel like Soshified is something close to home even though it was an international site.
To the rest of the Soshified team, the best subbing team around, the technical team, the moderators, super moderators, administrators, soshified police, designers and everything else that's there, a big thank you to all of you.

Happy anniversary, Soshified! I'm really impressed with this site, and the people on this site. Being around fellow SNSD fans is so nice after hearing all the skeptical talk from -cough-haters-ahem-. You guys are so dedicated, creating great layouts and threads. And of course, Soshisubs is the best, other subbers can get lazy etc. but you guys seriously work hard and give us all these great videos. Because of your subs, I've grown to love SNSD members individually, and SNSD as a whole a lot more. So congrats on your success, even having recognition from SNSD.
