Taeyeon is set to record the main theme for a new upcoming drama, “Scarlet Heart: Ryeo”. This will be the latest in OSTs for Taeyeon, who has had many hit contributions to drama soundtracks in the past with “If”, “Can You Hear Me”, “I Love You”, “Missing You Like Crazy”, and many others.

“Scarlet Heart: Ryeo” is a Korean adaptation of a Chinese novel named “Bu Bu Jing Xin”. A Chinese drama adaptation of the novel was released in 2010 and 2011. Seohyun will play the role of Princess Woohee in “Scarlet Heart: Ryeo”, which will begin airing August 29th.
