On November 4th, Seohyun opened a Twitter account with the username sjhsjh0628 and tweeted her thanks to fans for their efforts in helping Girls’ Generation’s “I Got A Boy” win the “Video of the Year” award at the YouTube Music Awards. Her first tweet matched her message on Girls’ Generation’s official website, but also included “sone !! u guys are the best!:)”. Seohyun later tweeted another message in English, again thanking fans for voting, and included a selca.
Seohyun is the latest member of Girls’ Generation to create a public account on social media, following Taeyeon, Jessica, Sunny, Hyoyeon, and Yuri.

welcome to Twitter world maknae. i absolutely didn’t think she’d open up a SNS acct, just thought she’ll only stick to updating on GG official page and maybe sometime communicate with K-Sones on UFO. lovely to see her breaking out and wanting to communicate with all Sones of the world.

Finally!! I woke up to really good news for the past two days!! First the YouTube awards, new jap single and seohyun having a twitter account! Best week so far!
I had a hope the Seohyun would be next to open an account since she is so active on SONE Japan and the official site!
I may really have to re-re-start my twitter for her…or…I can just keep checking this….

I prefer instagram over twitter. Twitter makes no sense to me when you have other sites that do better. But at least it’s something. :) I will follow her and Sunny (already do with Sunny actually) just to support them, I don’t actually get on twitter except for rare moments like to add her. I figured she’d be one that would enjoy something like this since she updates posts to the official gg site all the time. Same with Fany and her UFO pictures, she sure changes those a lot, I think she’d love Instagram, same with Sooyoung too for the gg site. :P
So it takes a global award for them to make an account and interact with SONEs. Haha! I am so happy!

The username is so long. I suspect she tried a few others before landing on this one, since they are all taken by sones already lol.
So it was a real account? I wasn’t sure about it. Glad she made an account.
