After returning to Korea from Japan on December 10th, Sunny posted the above photo on Instagram and began leaving comments in reply to fans, talking about being lonely at the dorm, her members, Yoona’s drama, Seohyun’s musical, and more. Check out her comments and the translations (in italics) of the replies written in Korean.

Sunny: 안자는사람많넹
(There are a lot of people who aren’t sleeping [yet])

Sunny: 오늘일본서본밀크티병인데~스페셜에디션인가봐~~귀여웡
(It’s a milk tea bottle I saw in Japan today~ It must be a special design~~ It’s cute)

Sunny: 아..난밀크티그냥그래서가끔마시는데울애들은완전좋아함ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
(Ah.. milk tea is whatever for me, so I drink it every now and then, but our kids [members] really like itㅋㅋㅋㅋ)

Sunny: 난음료수도초코랑카라멜이랑오레오맛

Sunny: 연시? 홍시?…멍멍이드립이네…
(Yeon o’clock? Ripe persimmon?… This is like naming a puppy)

Translator’s note: Sunny is making a pun. “연” is romanized as “Yeon” and is the second part of Jessica’s Korean name. Both “연시” and “홍시” mean “ripe persimmon”.
