A SONE's resurrection

Days passed, filled with emptiness.
Alone, trapped in society's phagocyte.
slowly, being consumed.
Not by enzymes, but by life.

Free me. someone.

Before me, a goddess visualised.
Opening one of nine locks to my trapped soul.
Day after day, a new one appeared.
My nightmare was coming to an end.

The last goddess floated down from the heavens, stood before me, and watched.
Minutes passed, more arrived.
The end was near.

All nine gathered, present with the locks that bounded my very spirit.
Like a trapped bird escaping from a cage who had long forgotten how to fly,
I cried.

Misery, hatred, emptiness consumed me.
Like a tree I was,
rooted to the site that stole my freedom.

" Go" the goddesses said, before vanishing.

Alone I was, in a place no different from hell.
The line between freedom and slavery was before me.
Long forgotten, long gone, the goddesses were.
Till nine angels reappeared,
past the line of despair,
ushering me into the new world.
