I think he was trying to protect the taeyeon's reputation or smtg.
cos some ppl might hv viewed the letter in a diff way. I guess he was looking at every possible angle of it in order to prevent anyone from being hurt.
But of course taeyeon was a little more focused on herself. Well duh, she did write the letter.
even so, she didn't completely forget to represent snsd as a whole. ( the letters,gifts, etc )
taengg is awesome.

The manager dude is actually quite nice. A few other artists hv pretty mean managers. Seriously.
He seems concerned about them n he cares about them too. Thumbs up for him.

I didn't seem to find her letter self-centered at all. Maybe the manager just thought people could have been dissapointed that only Taeyeon had written the letter and not the other members of SNSD.
