First of all, a self-introduction of myself, I am a Singaporean SONE who went to the Bangkok Concert with a friend (Jo) for the past weekend. Initially, I got air tickets booked on 11th morning flight but with the later released rumors/info on the flights from Paris, I changed my flight and brought earlier as it is always better to be early than late, isn’t it? But to our least expectation, upon arrival on 10th evening, we got to know that arrivals were not allowed to enter the departure duty-free level at all! In the other words, it meant that we would not have food and drinks at all! We resigned to fate and I called my Thai friend and informed her that we were not staying till the girls arrived. She came to my rescue and got us a guesthouse in the late night without even having any time for dinner! Sweet of her isn’t she? Unnie~ if you are reading this, you should know how gratitude am I to you for your lending hand right?!
Alright alright~ Skipped those non-soshi stories! Due to the sudden change of plan, we made amendments to our itinerary by not visiting the airport again the next morning as we thought it was a bit redundant with the crowds around, we wouldn’t even be possible to catch a glimpse of the girls. We checked out from guesthouse where it was near Dusit Thani. I had booked a Dusit Grand room for the night there with Dusit Club priviledges that later brought me with absolute benefits! XD We made an early check-in around 11am and the documentations and etc. took some time as well, and finally when we were in the room, it was about 12 noon. We unloaded and unpacked our stuff and my friend told me the girls had arrived and so we advanced back to Dusit Club for a quick brunch! That very day wasn’t really a good day for us… T-T As we thought the girls would not arrive that fast, we took some time in munching and chatting. We arranged a massage session as well with Club counter at 3-5pm. And so, around 2pm we headed to the lobby. While waiting for lift, I was in fact wondering why there was only 1 lift functioning and the other 3 were not indicating the levels. But I did not think much and soon the lift was here and we headed to lobby. When we were out of lift, there was disperse crowds around and we headed to the waiting area near the entrance. During that period of time, I went to get my Thai friends into the hotel and also knew that Jessica was out on her way over and then that was the time I was puzzled on Jessica was on her way over but the other soshi members had not arrived? It made no sense to it but we saw soshi’s manager oppa and further confirmed they were here already. And that meant… We missed them. T-T
Never mind~ Jessica was reaching soon at least catch a glimpse of Jessica was awesome to me since I am a Gorjess fan! But then… Massage was at 3pm and reporting time at 2.45pm. HOW?! I would miss Jessica this time round?! We advanced to the lobby receptionist and asked if we could change the appointment time to probably 4pm. The guy helped to check and mentioned at 4pm there was an appointment and left with a slot only. Jo asked me to take the 4pm while she moved over to report (btw… she’s a taeyeon biased). Not long later she left at around 2.50pm, and Jessica was here! Only managed to see her from far but that was not too bad. She was in good mood and high spirit? Waved at fans at the entrance like a kid and walked to the lift like a boss. HAHA~ The Jessie I am in loved with!!! XD And so, by right, I do have the time to go for the 3pm appointment but since already postpone, we went back to the room. At about 3.40pm, my Thai friend said that the girls were at the SPA!!! I was like… OMG! Damn it~ Jo was so freaking lucky! And we made our way through to Club level as they mentioned they had a door to the SPA and asked me to come before appointment time. However, the receptionist asked me to go by the main door… weird.
“ alright~ And so, I went to the main door and saw securities around! They stopped me but I had an appointment booking and I headed in while my friends they went for their late brunch. I entered and filled in the documents and headed in. At the lounge of the SPA, the Korean Security guard was sitting there waiting! The girls were still around!!! Though I was not able to see them, but the feelings of at the same place receiving similar services is awfully awesome!!! I walked through the passageway towards the treatment room thinking that the girls would be in one of it! And maybe, we would coincidental met after treatment but it never happened…After the long treatment, I came out to the lounge, it was emptied. Sigh~ Dreams are dreams… I reconciled with my friends and Jo told me she saw more than one Korean security and overhead they said Yuri. Oh my~ Yuri was the one who booked the other 4pm slot?! Awesome~~~ XD Since it was about dinner time but my Thai friends had eaten not long ago, we lingered around at the lobby but to see tight security again? The girls are going for rehearsal soon?! To me, it was like finally! I was able to see all of them but to my dismay… We waited for the lift to stop at Lobby but then it didn’t! And I figured was to lower lobby and dashed down but only to see their back view entering into their car. Disappointed… We headed out to Siam Paragon hoping to get good food and shopping to dissolve the dismay. Food not up to expectation but we shopped along the streets indeed improved on the spirits! We took tuktuk back to the hotel and stopped by the lobby like a boss! HAHA~ We entered into the hotel to see dispersed crowds around, thinking maybe the girls are not back yet and so we returned to room to unload before heading down again. Back in room, checked twitter and realized… The girls just got back… right before us!!! It seemed totally not fated?! Super depressed and we headed up to 21st floor bar to have some drinks (it’s just an excuse… XD) and we ended this awful day. T-T
Next day, I got up at 7.40am despite I had actually slept at 4am. I headed to the gym and got some workout. Left at nearly 9am to once again… saw a guard standing outside the SPA entrance talking on a walkie talkie! I returned to hotel room and told Jo but we were rushing for breakfast and couldn’t care much. I took a shower and got dress up while Jo got the table at the lobby. After breakfast, we walked to the lift to see the blocked lift was stopped at Club level and so out of curiosity; we made our way up to see many people gathering there. HAHA! Club level filled with SONE~ Awesome!!! Since the fans were waiting here and we did not have any other thing to do, we stayed there. When time was passing fast near to our check out time latest at 1pm, the intensity arose. More securities are sent over and about 12 noon, our maknae shi appeared! OMG~~~ so near~~~~ though it was just a few seconds moment, I was simply amazed with the aura and impression she left me! She was so refined so demure so sophisticated! So much thinner than expected~ XD
After Seohyun and the securities left, Jo and I rushed back to room and packed up for check out! We later lingered at lobby and not long after at around 1pm, the girls were down heading towards Impact Arena. The first batch was Yuri, Sunny, Tiffany and Taeyeon. Second batch was Jessica, Yoona, Sooyoung and Hyoyeon. And lastly, alone with securities was Seohyun. Jo and I decided to head out to Impact Arena as well with the fear of traffic and also meeting my Thai unnie there~
Frankly speaking, I had actually made a letter for Jessica and always been trying to pass to her by getting through concert staff but to my dismay, I was rejected. Concert day is my very last day… Actually, I did not pinned-hope with anyone to help me with it and the most I could mailed it over to Korea. While Jo and I searching our way through the crowds to locate our queue, I spotted manager oppa again! In fact on the first day, I had the chance to pass to him but I didn’t and Jo kept saying very wasted. But at that instance… I care no more! When he walked down passing by me, I walked up to him and stopped him! XD I said hi~ he was so sweet and polite! Nodded his head and Hi back! I quickly handed him the letter asked in English whether he could help me to give to Jessica, without a word he nodded his head again, took the letter and smiled walking away. BRAVO!!! *
* (to fill in a bit on the encounter with manager oppa, when the girls were in SG for concert, I saw him before rather close up? And my friend told me that he did looked at me before. Maybe to him, I looked like a dangerous fan? XD)After the letter incident, I felt so complete without any regrets! What’s more?! A marvelous concert waiting for me ahead! ^____^ but who can expect… the best for me is after concert?!
After concert, my Thai unnie sent us to the airport and at the same time look out of the 2 beauty that were leaving earlier. We reached just in time to see the beauties enter into the gantry to the terminal! I quickly located a place in front of the partially frosted glass panel and there was Jessica right in front! It was so NEAR!!! She was such a beauty and I am going fanatic over here~ HAHA! Back to topic~ looking at her had me short circuit could not bother much; I look up to see whether she was in an enclosed area and to my delight it was not and so whatever we said she was possible to hear! And so~ I shouted… Jessica! Happy Valentine! XD I saw that she was stunned? For a few second? Looking straight at the frosted glass panel with her sunglasses on. And then turned and walked off quickly leaving Yuri behind. Yuri also looked at the frosted glass panel and gave a little smile before walking off. I shall treat this as my personal fan services from Jessica and Yuri. ^_____^
After the 2 beauties left, Jo and I decided to enter to departure hall in advance due to the overwhelming queues and flights at that time. As we had returned flight in the early morning and so we had the boarding pass in advance! After some time, finally in the terminal to realize… the entrance that they used was not linked to the duty free shops! Oh dear~ We gave up and went straight to the gate wings hoping to catch a glimpse of them. We sat on the chairs near a corner to rest and wait at the same time.
At some time around 12.45am, finally… the other 7 beauties appeared! With their Korean security walking at the front followed by Sunny with Hyoyeon and Taeyeon tagging along, Yoona with Sooyoung, and Tiffany with Seohyun. They are walking rather leisurely towards Korean Air lounge where they signage did stated Day visit. Taeyeon while walking started laughing and ‘pounce’ onto Hyoyeon to share with her and laughter blasted out with Sunny joining in as well through the gateways as it was rather empty. The latter 4 beauties looked rather tired and moodless but Yoona smiled and asked what was it but they were walking away entering the lounge already, hearing nothing but noise. =_=”
And so… Jo and I decided to end with this; we proceeded to our gate and rested there. Very soon, Jo fell asleep with her music. And while I had just closed my eyes, the bottom floor started to tremble like many people running and there were commotions and screaming. I got up and walked over to see people running from arrival terminal that was the level below mine. And I remembered… When I arrived in Bangkok, it was the same level as the departure waiting areas that were separated with clear glass panel, everything could be seen! I walked over to Gate E1 to see surprisingly quiet but with little screaming. Nothing can be seen as I was at the above floor. I decided to give up and walked the other side of the passageway back and then… I spotted Hyoyeon walking with manager oppa at the same level as me towards my direction. I lowered my face looking at my phone because manager oppa was looking at my direction. T_T And when they were gone, I walked off to get coffee and saw securities were still outside the Day room. Probably the girls were taking a shower there? XD But oh well~ that was left with a question mark and my fan account ended right here.
