Haha I think it’s simply cuz it’s not the actual album so they can argue that it was just a compilation or something like that…basically the made up fake album doesn’t actually exist so it wouldn’t be a breach of copyright but if they just copied the official album and sold it, you’re reproducing fake copies to sell
