Haha I think it’s simply cuz it’s not the actual album so they can argue that it was just a compilation or something like that…basically the made up fake album doesn’t actually exist so it wouldn’t be a breach of copyright but if they just copied the official album and sold it, you’re reproducing fake copies to sell

it’s horrible actually! I read an article bout the billions of fake stuff that is being sold and got so mad! >.<
I wish everyone did it that way but most ppl that sell fakes don’t give a poop about the artists and just want to rake in money from them -.-
Safest bet is just to order direct from a seller in Korea like I do ^_^

I’ve actually watched all the other girl Korean groups major hit MVs too but the only other group that ever put a smile on my face was Kara
