Yeah I don't think they would come so early cos they have a packed schedule. So I guess the friday before the concert day would be it.
I don't think they would come on the day itself cos they need time to prepare rite?

Yeah, I'm hoping it's a weekend too. Cos if they come on fri I have CCA. Thurs would be fine but I don't think they have the time to come so early? Sat morning or afternoon would be good :) Then I can go see and hopefully pass a gift/drop gift off at counter before heading off :)

Also cos cards are more personalised and it doesnt take too long to reach them. But the organisers won't be mean and throw of the cards and only keep the gifts right? Hope not DX I hope they open the counters earlier as well.... Cos I think I'll only be able to drop it of at 5 plus. So yeah, fingers crossed :)

Hmm, I'm not sure, I mean they should have most things right? I'm planning to make a card and since I'm in art perhaps draw a group picture of them. I wanted to do individual potraits but after exams I'll only have one week so due to time limit it'll be a group one. But if I can't make that as well, then I'll just draw little chibified versions of them ^^
