It's already midnight over there, right? In Korea, Japan where you guys are now. I'm a whole nearly-half-a-day behind you guys, but I wanted to get this through, albeit it a liiiiiittle late. It's your fifth anniversary now! Your fifth. I am so, so, so happy to be a part of it. So happy to be part of the pink ocean that has steadily grown and has now helped take over the world with you. No matter where you go, there will be a SONE, someone who loves SNSD so much and cheers them on along the way. This is something you guys have done, these are fans that were captivated and fell in love with all the little things that make SNSD what it is. The SNSD we love the most.

Though sometimes it feels like time is moving at record speed, I think there always comes a point where we look back in disbelief and ask, "wow, has that much time really gone by?" With all the amazing things you guys have managed to squeeze into five years, the sacrifices, the triumphs, the ups and the downs, I think you guys should feel so proud of yourselves and each other, as individuals and SNSD at the end of the day. What you guys have accomplished so far is amazing, but what you have done for us SONES is really something else. Thank you for giving us a group to look up to, one that loves doing what they do. Thank you for being a group with a dream that has shown not only us, but the entire world, that anything and everything is possible when you put both mind and heart to it, and that every effort you make toward achieving that dream will always pay off in the end.

I still haven't been able to see you guys live, not yet, but I know I will have the opportunity to someday. Until then, I will continue to cheer you guys on from my home, from my car, from my school, from around the friends I have managed to convert into SONES, too. Keep on achieving your dreams, celebrating the ones you have, and coming up with so many new ones that are waiting to come true. Us SONES will be with you for every step of the way. Taeyeon, Tiffany, Jessica, Yuri, Sooyoung, Hyoyeon, Sunny, Yoona, Seohyun; I love you all so very much. Happy 5th Anniversary!
