Whoops, made a mistake, its UTC -7 I think. Argh whichever is the correct one. I'm confused myself as well. :/ Anyways, here are two useful links you might want to take a look at:

For the second link, you can select "Time zones..." and select "PST-blah...

Hey Peppy, the SBOx's a little laggy so I'll just leave a message here. I just figured out that PST is UTC -8. Since you're from Singapore like me, then Vanness will be coming onto the SBox tomorrow, 16 May 2010 at 7am.
