SNSD was mentioned in a section in The Star newspaper in Malaysia. To all Malaysians, you may check out the Star Two for the aforementioned article.

Riding the Korean Wave
And the continuation featuring SNSD.
What's In A Name?

SNSD
SNSD is nominated for the Samsung Yepp Popularity Award and has two songs up for digital song of the year at the AGDA: Gee (the first mini-album) and Tell Me Your Wish (the second mini-album).
Also known as Girls' Generation, SNSD is actually the acronym for its Korean name So Nyeo Shi Dae.
South Korean nine-member girl band SNSD (So Nyeo Shi Dae) or Girls' Generation
The all-girl group made its debut in 2007 as the sister act for Super Junior. It has nine members aged 18 to 20: band leader Taeyeon, Tiffany, Yuri, Hyoyeon, Sooyoung, Yoona, Seohyun, Jessica and Sunny.
SNSD has released one single, one full studio album and two mini-albums. Its fan club is known as So One and its official colour is pastel pink.

It's great to see SNSD featured although briefly in a local newspaper.
Although the newspaper made a few notable errors namely our fan club being SONES and not So One. And the fact that they release one full studio album and a repackaged album of that.
However this is a good start to what may be a korean and if better, SoShi craze in Malaysia. I'm proud to be a Sone and to have SNSD featured in a newspaper.

Lets go MySones, lets go!

Lets go Soshi, lets go!
