Sorry for being a total noob here, but what's this UFO thingy? Is it like the shoutbox we have in our forum?

It's a service exclusively for Koreans and foreigners who reside in Korea.
They let you send FLYs (Fan Letter to You) to an artist/group through SMS or the internet
Not all FLYs are answered so if you get a reply you're considered lucky..
If you get more than one, you're very very lucky.
