What's the 140? The BPM rate?

I think it means 1:40 (1 minute 40 seconds) in the song. The part after "Let's bring it back to 140" is the same as the part at 1:40. I doubt this is coincident.

Looking forward to the translation since this seems like a pretty fun song. I'd try to sing it with the romanization but a lot of parts are way too fast for me especially since I'm not good at Korean!
