My name is Justin / tintin as in Adventures of Tintin. I come from the overly sunny island of Singapore. I'm a 1987 Nov baby so that makes me 22 and very old T.T
I love Japanese / Korean pop culture which entails drama, movie, songs, fashion, food lalalala.
I currently study the Japanese language and plan to take Korean lessons + singing lessons soon.
And in my wildest dreams, audition and become an idol.
But age is catching up and I'm no idol material sadly ORZ
I really like Tae Yeon for who she is and how she appears on the screen!

10 reasons why I like Tae Yeon (:
1. She's cute and does quirky stuff (particularly like the quirky stuff cause I think I do that sometimes too)
2. Because of (1), she's real funny and makes me laugh
3. I LOVE the way she laughs! Especially in that 'hanbook' video episode (I laugh like that too at times!)
4. She's a leader
5. She is mature and knows when to be serious and not
6. She's not tall (I'm not tall too that's why (:
7. She has talent which is her beautiful voice i.e. If, Can you hear me
8. She's not exactly ultra super pretty but I just like how she looks (:
9. I think she's marvelous on Chin Chin Radio cause I remember she said she's a person that actually does not talk much
10. Listening to her sing her 2 OSTs... it just feels warm and lovely (:

I use pink, blue, black, and green pens to update my entries.
Although I try to write it neatly and update my entry every day, it's hard for me to do that because my personality is not very consistent. Anyhow, out of nowhere, I suddenly had this curiosity of what happened on certain days in the past, and I would look through my diary to see if I wrote anything that happened on that day.
What did I do on Jan 7th? Or how did I spend my birthday?
Whenever these curiosities take over me, I would refer to my nicely organized diary entries like
â??Ahhh so this is when I started exercising.â?
Or â??Oh yea! I was so busy on that day. Yup yup. â??
Reading old diary entries makes me feel nostalgic; I even have a diary entry as old as April 27th of 2008.
Furthermore, as I read old diary entries, I can account what I did wrong, mistakes that I made, and things I accomplished.
Itâ??s just a good reminder for me.
Overall, I think diary is meaningful. There are certain diary entries which have stuff that I don't want to remember because something bad happened or my mistakes were troublesome; however, reflecting on my past mistakes allow me to grow and become a better person.
So in a way, I guess I'm thankful.
Today was somehow just those typical days, nothing special happened.
But later when I read the diary entry, a day like today will become memories for me to reflect on in the future.

Taeyeon's word are so sweet and very cute
its so nice that she was able to spend time to write something for us through her busy scheduling
i was so touched after i read this.......
Yeah. It was very nice of her to take out the time to write a long and sweet message (:
However sometimes I really wonder how busy an idol is. (Not directing at SNSD, meant in general)
I think connecting with the fans is important, since without fans an idol is nothing, and they should at least spend a little time to drop by, say hi, write some stuff on their fan websites?
I mean like 20mins a week is not too much right? I'm sure they can dig that time out.
Perhaps the management doesn't allow that.
If I every become an idol (in my dreams!), I'll definitely visit my fan website, write messages and connect with them like friends cause I know just a simple message can make a fan very happy.
