Clearly they are trying to provide more exposure to the region, so that tourists can begin to get a feel for what the Winter Olympics will be like. The lineup for the concert currently consists of Super Junior, Infinite, BouHwal, Kim Gunmo and Baek Chunggang. Note: This is not to be confused with the other “Pyeongchang Winter Olympics Concert” that SNSD attended earlier in the year. This will be a totally different concert.

In honor of Korea’s recent winning olympic bid, The Korea Tourism Organization Kangwon-Do Promotion Office will be holding a FREE KPOP concert and Girl’s Generation will be performing! Starting at 7PM, the “Pyeongchang Winter Olympics Concert” will be held at the Alpensia Ski Resort in Pyeongchang, on October 7th.
