Power of 9? 
I've been a fan since April 12th, 2011 (when I stumbled onto Way to Go!), and ever since then, my answer to friends who ask for weightlifting advice: 1) Practice good technique 2) Ditch isolations and do major compound exercises such as deadlifts and squats 3) Listen to SNSD. Trust me, it's my secret weapon.
Someday... I'll become a huge SONE... lame pun so intended. Heh!
