For the people wondering...
Correct me if I'm wrong,
UFO is a service where celebrities like SNSD and others in KOREA can keep in touch with their fans. Fans send in questions for a small price , and the celebrities will reply to them when they can. Its a good way to keep up the celebrity / fan connection and the communication with their fan base.
