I'm a sone from Singapore too and I really dislike fans that disrupt their idols' vacations -_-

I mean, the idol (Taeyeon in this case) just wants to enjoy herself in her time off, and she has to face people who touch her (!!) and shout in her face. Even if you are overwhelmed by the Awesomeness that is Taeyeon, you should just respect her.
I admire you for just watching from afar! If I was there I'd probably try to get close, actually

but I'd maintain a respectful distance, of course. Ah~ I hope Taeyeon's impression of Singapore isn't completely ruined!
