hey i was in pen b too on the 2nd night! in the first row of pen b, hanging on the rail vvv near the stage. ure so lucky u got fanservice! i only got from sooyoung (who has now been promoted to #2 on my personal ranking), seohyun, sunny, tiffany, but none from my fave Yuri!
after day 1 of the concert, at which i got zero fanservice but was still very happy, i decided to make a banner cos my fren with a tiffany banner got so much fan service from tiffany. on the first night, i just waved 3 lightsticks in 1 hand. so fr the 2nd night, i made a banner slightly smaller than a3 size, one side "kkapyul" and other side "sooyoung". i think yuri got jealous that the other side was sooyoung, so she just ignored me the whoooole of the 2nd night but sooyoung blew me a kiss! hehehe

Actually, we asked the security personnel about LED boards and iPads. He said both were allowed. There were a few LED boards around Pen B and they did not take action at all. We too had an impression that LED boards were banned that's why we went with the iPads.
