i actually like how the released one turn out!
i love how it's much more melodious than the original version...
plus, the "burning up" line, didn't like it much...
props to Kenzie for rearraging OH! to the addictive song we all loved!

I like 'em both. But it's interesting to hear what the original version was, as opposed to the final version.

There's alot of changes in comparison to what they did with Genie, like the pre-chorus (as someone previously mentioned)and more english lyrics but I still think it's cool . Hope they do 'officially' release it. Also makes you wonder how many more songs of theirs has gone through changes like this.

Also, someone posted this same video clip on YouTube but substituted the final/album mix in instead of leaving it alone. The noticeable difference is that in the original clip you can hear them stomp their feet throughout the video as they dance...in the 'faked' one you can't (except for the introduction, of course). Now that I watch the faked one, I noticed that the lyrics/movements (like when SooYoung sings the "binguel binguel" part and twirls her fingers - stuff like that) don't match...

I like this version.
It has a lot of english in it : D.
However, you can't beat the Oh! they released.
They should make a full english version of this song, since there's already so many english lyrics haha.

There is so much english word in this original version and I love both version
Hope someday SM will release the official unplugged version of soshi song..

To be completely honest I like the released version more, I think it flows much better and some of the English here is just a bit awkward.
However, I actually like the original version of Genie (I just wanna wish) rather than Tell me your wish. So I'm not sure if it's an issue of being used to the original.

Wow. I kind of like this version. This is good. There is definitely a lot more English, though I am so used to the original I feel it is a bit choppy. Though I feel this would have been an interesting sight if they played this version during the SMTown concert in LA.

As an American, this song is catchier. Though, the official version is sooo much better. I wish they incorporated more of the English to the official song though >.<

Ha, the beginning was so cute The original version has some more English lyrics in it, but it's just as great as the official version they decided to go with.
