The one in the news section is a full article about the release of their DVD, while this is one is a translation of the DVD contents and the Ariake Showcase posted on their official website ^^ Sorry about the confusion!

*please dont buy the limited edition if you live overseas and cant go, that just makes less of a chance for japanese fans to see snsd and go to their concert.
the limited edition is really towards the japanese fans so they have a chance to see snsd.
The only difference in buying the limited editon on is the ticket/lightstick.

If I understand correctly, there no need to buy the Limited Edition if you are not in Japan the 25th August.
You must know that japanese cd are most expensive than korean cd, so the normal edition is also a little bit expensive but it worth it for sure
