I think what they meant about Fany n Sunny having similar names is their korean names.
It seems that their korean names r unfamiliar for young people n thus they got teased a lot for that.

Rather, it means "the members that used to have an awkward/uncomfortable relationship together"
("have an awkward..." is crossed out and replaced with "had an awkward...")
I'm sure all you guys know that Taeyeon and Hyoyeon had a real difficult time getting along in the beginning since they were so different :sweatingbullets:

And for Hyoyeon & Tiffany, "Those who are known to go outside frequently" isn't really the correct translation.
With the crossed out part, it usually means "the members who often are hanging around here & there"...kind of like their own clique or pack I guess?
And the replaced sentence means "the members who are often following each other around" or "the members who are always with each other hanging around".
