and man,,, :spazz to max: this girl is ripped! from the "example of bad mammy?" lol tiffany's deltoid!!! fudge, i have never seen such a pretty deltoid (well maybe i have, but i wasnt really paying much attention to it before lol) cause the only thing that i can really achieve if i do some upper body exercise is a not so bulgy-looking biceps and triceps and the deltoid as well. just like tiffany's. lol and her bicep looks lean. you can tell that she doesnt over work her body nor she gets little exercise. and the way her back flexed dang!! kudos to her personal trainer! he has done an awesome job!
