you go to "Edit Profile", then "Profile Information" comes up. (the first page that pops up). scroooolll down, then there is a column that says "Profile Information". First option from there is "Show X latest visitors on my profile". Go down and you'll see "Member Title". type what you want, and tada~ it's there.
