But the other side of that is that you get fulfilled after helping others (in my course, that is :), and it's worth the stress -- and in college, you're more free and independent so I don't know, obviously it has it's own advantages and disadvantages. + there's pressure from your self and from your parents, since in college, you have your future at stake.
