Well, no. I think the distance between Kohei and the bunny is fairly short, unlike the Fuuko Kaichou's, her distance is a bit far from the bunny, using her vampire instincts or skills won't really do anything if its the distance we're talking about. :DD He seems human to me, and did you see how scared Kohei was when he saw Iori bit a girl and suck blood? Rofl! Just means his human. :D
