The shorter version is: "Hi. Ako si Kelsey." It means, "Hi. I'm Kelsey."
The sentence "Hi. Ang pangngalan ko ay si Kelsey." is a longer version which means "Hi. My name is Kelsey."
I prefer to use the shorter term 'cause it's a bit awkward when i use the longer term. :)
