I dont know if they have it elsewhere but definitely in NYC. The router, without electricity, shuts off and on simultaneously causing the pc to be unable to receive the signal correctly without replugging the router.
Why are you only sleeping 3-4 hours? Isnt summer the prime sleeping time???
