for early bird, you must present your samsung phone OR pay by OCBC if you're queueing and only OBCB credit card is accpeted if you're getting it via online sales. for normal sales, you dont have to be a samsung user nor a OBCB credit card holder to buy it.. so yes, i hope you get the picture now...
