I`m not going to agree or deny your guesses..Haha..about that dream..It was actually something imaginative that arised from Yuri`s emotional depression..She might be feeling unease about shouting to the 'nurse'..I think that had affected her emotionally, thus resulting the appearance of Sica baby in her dream..The human Sica got nothing to do with this...
