Oh really she told you? Haha~ Well yes I did made those in GIMP~ It's easy no problem. Click the Free Select Tool then cut out the portion of the image that you want. Next, paste it on the picture where you want it. Lastly, you can smudge its edges. You can also do more than that if you want to :D
