mm, restrictions aren't what caused the trolling. it was the initial lack of restrictions. omona mods now have restrictions on membership so that they can control/eliminate trolling

your msg got cut, there seems to be a limit to wallposts >.< i wish this were facebook instead haha more comments do mean more access so yeah, i guess that's what sucks about it, if u don't put restrictions, just anyone can take your work, if you do, u create this trolling problem, but i might take your suggestions, thanks! ^^

haha yeah. it's because we had a trolling problem at omona, really. it's not so that we get smarter comments. though i guess it helps if people are serious xD

i want to join, but i don't have an LJ account, and even if i made one, i wouldn't pass the test that it has to be 6 months old with meaningful entries, i think that's why the omona community is so SMART (in general)! the screening gives u a smarter populace lol i think a lot of people on SSF are just putting comments to put comments, not really coz they want to say anything meaningful :(

and yeah - i like that sometimes omona can have meaningful conversations. doesn't ssf, though? but perhap forums aren't so conducive to that, because there are restrictions on carrying out public conversations that go on for many many comments at a time

lol tell me about it! that article was the first topic i ever started in SSF just coz i wanted to get my article out there, i prefer omona actually, the community is so much better, u guys reply to each other and SAY MEANINGFUL THINGS! the conversations are actually entertaining and informative!
