you just have to upload them them. I personally use http://www.imagehost.org/ but there's ton of other pics-hosting websites!
When the upload is done, you copy the "Hotlink" (http://i.imagehost.org/xxxx/x.jpg)
so in your thread you will write
[IMG]http://i.imagehost.org/xxxx/x.jpg[/IMG]
