Well, since you live n the U.S, well, 9/11 probably didn't affect your family did it? It's not really about being independent, it's more about the after effect of 9/11 that affected my family, mostly my father and that's when things started to change...
Of course! I respect everyone's notion, opinions, etc... thanks, but things will never be the same...
