No oppa didn't... 'cause oppa's parents, mainly his father is very close-minded~ Both of oppa's parents want him to go to college, it's a MUST, even I want to, & when I get in, well you know how Yul & Seungri(Big Bang) go to college while they still do their activities, I wanna do that~
Ah, well oppa wil lbe 18 next year & hopefully after he graduates, he'll get in! ^^
