Still..dont know...how to use this....guyss...help me TT^TT what's really that "you need at least 100 posts to bla bla bla" thing? i should post what? and where? *crying at the corner, hugging my legs* huhu

It means that you have to post 100 messages anywhere(except for the "Social Lounge" because your posts don't count there) in the forum section(even if there isn't anything that requires 100 posts here. ^^).
You need at least 10 posts to have access to the shoutbox, 25 for the "video downloads" section and 50 for the "Soshi subs downloads" section.
You can post what you want in the threads. Of course, it has to be related to the thread. :)
